Payment on all orders must be prepaid by wire transfer or C.O.D. on first time non-government customers.

Repetitive customers can apply for credit terms which will allow them to order on Net-30 terms basis.

Government agencies can order according to pre-established contract terms.  All billing will be done by Octagon Industries, Inc.
